50th Anniversary

A good friend of mine asked me to make a 50th anniversary card for her to give to a church member of hers.  I came up with this one and am pleased with how it turned out.  That is gold shiny cardstock over some shimmery  white cardstock. I used the same shimmery cardstock on the front panel and then used gold embossing powder for the writing.  Then I decided to add some vellum leaves to complete the card.  I hope the recipient liked it!

    It's very special! Love the addition of the leaves......perfect!!!! I'm sure your friend will love the card you made for her to give. Is that one large stamp that you used for the sentiment?

    This is really beautiful - I love the vellum leaves. I need to make a 50th anniversary card for this coming weekend for some friends of ours. This is inspiring!
