Red Posies

We got a big but not as big as expected snow storm the other day.  We ended up with 8.5 inches of snow.  And now it is so very cold but sunny.  More snow expected on Monday.  So as I gaze out of my windows all I see is white but I was wishing I would be seeing flowers instead.  So I made some!  Using the Gina K Design stamps I put together this basket of flowers.  Doesn't it look like summer?  I had some paper and ribbon in my stash to complete this one and that was all there was too it.  A super easy card but it warmed me up because it was flowers!

I have started a new Danielle Steel book called Until The End Of Time.  It looks like it will be good.  I have plenty to keep me busy while inside but it is so much nicer to do those things while out on the deck.  Soon, very soon...

Until next time, Happy trails to you......

Snowflakes

Ok, so I really want spring to get here but we woke up to about an inch of snow today and we are expecting a snow storm late this week.  We will see if the weatherman is right for a change.  But that said, it is sunny outside so that is nice.  This cutie is made with an Eat Cake Graphics image.  Do you remember catching snow with your tongue?  That is exactly what she is doing.  I colored her up with my Copics and used an embossing folder with snowflakes as well.  The silver snowflakes in the corner are a Memory Box die.

Today we are celebrating  my oldest daughter's birthday!  Happy birthday Tiffany.  Seems not so long ago that she was running around here in diapers.  Why does life have to go so fast?

Until next time, happy trails to you!

Lotsa Valentines

So Valentines Day crept up on my sooner than expected!  I was going to post one or two a week and that didn't happen and now here it is!  My first card is a new Art Impression stamp.  Isn't she fun?  Of course she is colored with my Copics.  The second one uses a swirl from PTI and punched hearts scattered hither and yon.  It is a case from Lisa A.  The third one was inspired by Barbara Anders and also a case.  I punched lots of little hearts and then stamped on them and cut the out.  A fun card.  The last two were made with Jolee stickers.  Also cut out the circles with Nestabilities.  I wish for you all a very happy Valentines Day celebrating with those you love.  And if you are in Nemo's way, please stay safe.  It looks like a horrible storm

Until next time, Happy trails to you!
