With Sympathy

We all hate to have to make these cards so I thought I would make a few in advance and hope I never have to use them.  But I am doing a card ministry at my Church so I imagine that I will need some sooner than later.  This was a simple card using kraft cardstock and embossed the flowers with white embossing powder.

I have been doing a lot of reading.  All of the books I had on order from our library came at once. The two I liked the best and are well worth reading is A Perfect Life by Danielle Steel and The Matchmaker by Elin Hildebrand.

Until next time, Happy trails to you...

  2. Yes, sadly, they are a necessary part of our card making and I have to say, Sheri, that this one has all the elements that I really like in a sympathy card! I'm keeping this one on hand! Hugs, Darnell

  3. I am always going to do this to have some on hand seeing as that is the time that one least feels like making one usually. I like how you have done this card. Great idea!

  4. I really really like that embossing on here. Such a pretty card and the black just accents it so perfectly. Very pretty!!
