Starburst or Quilt?

I just found this picture of a card I made last summer and never posted.  It was really fun to do and fun to choose the colors!  I decided that it was easiest to use a paper pack as all of those colors and patterns coordinate.  Anyway, here is the finished product and I hope you like it!

Our snow was not near what they predicted.  Oh we got heavy heavy wet snow but only about 4 inches and the wind was not bad either.  In fact the day of the storm, the snow stopped by noon and I went out to use the snow blower.  It was actually very nice outside!  But the next day the winds came up and it was not near as nice.  The snow was heavy enough that it didn't blow too much.  Not far from us was much much worse.  In fact 50 miles from here the interstate was closed for 2 days for a distance of about 230 miles!  That never happens here.  We just got very lucky.

That's all for me today.  Until next time, happy trails to you...

  1. Cool card, Sheri! What a lot of precision cutting! Glad your storm wasn't nearly as bad as they predicted. To make up for it, ours was worse:)

  2. I've never seen that style of card where it went all the way around. Very pretty with all those coordinating papers! We saw on the news about I-80 being closed for that distance. What a mess!
