Lizzie Goes to the Beach

Oh my goodness, look at all the sweetness this card contains.  I  may have to go to the dentist!  This sweetie is a new Whimsy design by StampArt Design by Kathryne.  I used Tim Holtz Distress Stains to color the white cardstock.  I made clouds with dies from Papertrey Ink and of course colored her with my Copic markers.  I had heard so much about Fran-tage and I had no idea what it was so I went on a search.  I found it and it is shaved ice!  Heck I had shaved ice 12 years ago!  But I have to admit this is pretty cool. Looks like the sand is sparkling in the sun.

It is heating up here in Nebraska and our lakes and pools will look like this very soon.  Time to crank up the air conditioning again.

Until next time, Happy trails to you...

  10. Fab card and this is some very neat colouring... I keep looking at that shine on her hair. I love, love, love Frantage! I haven't seen this shaved ice before but I use the Shabby embossing powder a lot and really like the look. So happy someone thought of making that stuff!
