Graduation Time

At church we have 9 kids that are graduating from various schools and colleges.  I was asked to make cards for them.  I did each one in their particular school colors and enjoyed doing them.  I popped up the focal point  so as to give it a bit of dimension.  This school year just flew by!  Seems these kids were just settling into their classrooms to get started.

The stamps are all from Papertrey Ink.

I plan to enter this into the Southern Ridge Trading Company Challenge.

I have been able to read a bit with the rainy days - if I could just stay awake with the cloudy rainy dreary days.  I pick up my book and before long I am asleep!  Won't be long before we will be planting our summer flower beds.

Until next time, happy trails to you...

  1. What a great card, Sheri! And how awesome of you to make all the cards for your church that you do. Very special!

  2. Oh I love this card - what other colors did you make it in?? Fabulous grad card!

    1. I did blue and gold, blue and white, red and white, red and black so while there were 8 different schools, their colors were all pretty much alike

  3. This is beautiful. So generous of you to make the cards for your parishioners.
Thanks for joining our first challenge at SRTC ❤️

  4. Very nice, Sheri! This makes a really neat graduation card when you did it in their school colors.

  5. Such a professional looking card. How wonderful that each graduate will receive such a unique card; very special. You did a great job!

  6. Perfect card for a teen. Thanks for linking up to Southern Ridge Trading Co :)

  7. I thought you had been quiet, Sheri, and now I see why! That is a lot of graduation cards! Congratulations to all! Your card design is perfection for this life-altering time of their lives! Enjoy the weekend!! Hugs, Darnell
