Oh Deer!

Today I was looking at some blogs and saw a card similar to this one.  All I know is that Jenny made it.  I am sorry I don't know Jenny's last name.  I believe she used all Memory Box dies and mine are all Impression Obsession.  I used distress inks for the background - sky, water and yellow glow.  I had fun making this one!  My cards are already out for this year so I guess it will be the beginning of next years cards!

Until next time, happy trails to you...

  1. Your scene is really fascinating and beautiful, Sheri! That's a lot of work and your sky is gorgeous! Good job getting your cards out already!! I'm trying really hard not to hate you a little bit right now. Cough. That's better. I coughed those naughty feelings up like a hairball, so we're all good! Hugs, Darnell

  3. What a cute scene. The hills help give it some dimension. The blending of colors in the sky is so pretty and the white gel pen to create movement in the water is perfect!

  4. That scene, minus the deer, reminds me of a place in Bend, called the Old Mill Shops. It has a bunch of shops along the Deschutes River. You did an awesome job on this card!!!
