Happy Thanksgiving

I can't believe it is almost Thanksgiving already.  This year just flew by.  I am in the midst of Christmas baking.  I don't do much but want to make some things to give away.  My kitchen looks like Sandy the Hurricane was here!  Soon the goodies will be filling my freezer.  That will feel so good!  Things are slowly getting back to normal around here after the hospital stay for my husband so like I said last week, we have alot to be thankful for.

My Thanksgiving card was made with some pretty paper I have had in my stash.  I used the leaf from  a Close to My Heart set and tapped Memento Inks on it for color.  Then I cut it out and cut another one from dark brown cardstock for the background of the leaf.  I popped the leaf up with a pop dot and added my sentiment.  Easy peasy!

I wish all of my American friends a very happy and safe Thanksgiving.  Enjoy time with family and friends and if you are a Black Friday shopper, best of luck!  I will sleep in and grab the left overs!

Until next time, happy trails to you....
