Cozy Quilts

A friend of mine and fellow church member fell and broke her wrist recently.  She had surgery a week ago.  She is quite a talented quilter as well so I made her this card.  The spool of thread and sentiment is embossed with platinum embossing powder but I could not get a good picture of it so show.  Very pretty in person. 

We are still having beautiful weather.  57 and sunny today and again up in the 60's soon.  I could certainly learn to live with this year round!

    What a bright and happy card that's perfect for your quilter friend. She'll love it and show everyone that visits so be prepared to create more wonderful works of art! :) But I hope they just beg for a card, and not fall to get one.

    What a great card for someone who quilts. I may actually have that stamp set and my sister quilts so maybe I'll have to dig it out. Love the various colors!
