At church we have 9 kids that are graduating from various schools and colleges. I was asked to make cards for them. I did each one in their particular school colors and enjoyed doing them. I popped up the focal point so as to give it a bit of dimension. This school year just flew by! Seems these kids were just settling into their classrooms to get started.
The stamps are all from Papertrey Ink.
I plan to enter this into the Southern Ridge Trading Company Challenge.
I have been able to read a bit with the rainy days - if I could just stay awake with the cloudy rainy dreary days. I pick up my book and before long I am asleep! Won't be long before we will be planting our summer flower beds.
Until next time, happy trails to you...
Sheri
What a great card, Sheri! And how awesome of you to make all the cards for your church that you do. Very special!
ReplyDeleteOh I love this card - what other colors did you make it in?? Fabulous grad card!
ReplyDeleteI did blue and gold, blue and white, red and white, red and black so while there were 8 different schools, their colors were all pretty much alike
DeleteThis is beautiful. So generous of you to make the cards for your parishioners.
